• This is a self-guided activity. On-site staff are available at our booth if assistance is needed.
• All customers must collect their tickets at the WonderTrip Foreigner Service Center located inside Vivaldi Park. Multi-day ski tickets must be exchanged daily.
• Be punctual. Latecomers for shuttle buses are non-refundable.
• The activity continues during rain or snow. In case of extreme weather, cancellation notices will be sent 1–2 days prior with a full refund.
• Snowyland Soft opening usually occurs between Dec 10–15 with limited access; final dates may vary by weather.
• Opening dates for Ski World & Snowyland opening dates depend on weather. Refunds will be issued if major delays occur.
• Expect heavier crowds and longer wait times and delays during Korean holidays.
• A reminder email will be sent one day before departure by 5:00 PM.
• All group will receive a printed Vivaldi Park Booklet with a resort map, gear pick-up info, and helpful instructions.
