Eligibility

• Children aged 0-24 months can join free of charge, but no separate seat will be provided (1 booking per infant). For children aged 24 months and above, adult rate will be charged.
• There is no age limit for ski and snowboard participants, but please note that the minimum ski gear size starts from 165mm-325mm*; snowboard boot sizes from 200mm-300mm. (measured in Korean sizing)
• To ensure a hassle-free gear rental process, kindly check your Korean shoe size in advance.
• We advise that elderly, pregnant women, and those with medical conditions avoid participating in ski activities.

Additional information

• This is a self-guided activity. On-site staff are available at our booth if assistance is needed.
• Shuttle Punctuality: Be on time—latecomers will not be refunded.
• Weather Policy: The activity continues during rain or snow. In case of extreme weather, cancellation notices will be sent 1–2 days prior with a full refund.
• Snowyland Opening: Soft opening usually occurs between Dec 10–15 with limited access; final dates may vary by weather.
• Grand Opening Notice: Ski World & Snowyland opening dates are weather-dependent. Refunds will be issued if major delays occur.
• Holiday Travel Notice: Expect heavier crowds and longer wait times during Korean holidays.
• Reminder Email: A reminder with final details will be sent 1 day before departure by 5:00 PM.
• Only non-Korean passport holders can participate in this activity.
• Infants aged 0–24 months can join for free (no separate seat; limit: 1 infant per booking). Children aged 24 months and above will be charged the adult rate.
• If bringing a stroller, wheelchair, or large luggage, please indicate this during checkout.
• No restroom stops during shuttle ride. Eating on the bus is prohibited.
