• Our driver is a Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association (KPSGA) certified Driver-Guide. The driver also acting as the tour guide throughout the activity:
• Full-time English-speaking guiding from hotel pickup to drop-off
• Commentary during the drive (history of Nairobi, Karen area, conservation)
• Tour briefing and cultural context at each stop
• Accompanying guests inside attractions (Giraffe Centre, etc.)
• Handling entry tickets, logistics, and customer care
• Conservation education and Q&A throughout

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: epilepsy
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• The activity is able to accommodate for allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets or other dietary needs
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Participants are advised dress appropriately for this activity (long pants, long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover shoulders, and closed shoes)
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts
• The following items are prohibited: weapons of any kind
• Pets are allowed
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• The legal drinking age in Kenya is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
