• This is a fixed shared-ride itinerary. • Please note that no fees will be refunded if you do not participate in or interrupt the trip due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group midway through the trip, no fees will be refunded. • Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change, and the order of the itinerary may also be swapped. As Japanese regulations stipulate that vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours, please understand if the itinerary is delayed, canceled, or if the time spent at attractions is shortened or attractions are reduced due to traffic jams on "red days" (public holidays) or force majeure.
• Vehicle model used: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. If the number of people is less than 12, a vehicle with fewer than 14 seats will be used, with only a driver and no tour guide. If there are more than 12 people, one driver and one tour guide will be arranged.

Please make sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Do not be late on the day of the trip, as no refunds or changes are allowed on that day! Therefore, you must check your email and add the tour guide!!! Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the tour so that relevant reception staff can contact you! If you still have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
• For those using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly via your LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the trip and email the LINE group link to you.
