• Itinerary reference: Door-to-door pickup - Nalati Aerial Grassland (4 hours) - Return trip
• Pickup and drop-off range: East - West of Shengli North Road (areas east of Ili Hotel are not included); South - North of Xinhua West Road (areas across the Ili River bridge are not included); West - East of Shandong Road herringbone bridge (Bayandai is not included); North - Within the range south of Beihuan West Road (Dadamutu is not included). Pickups and drop-offs are available at the airport, railway station, Six-Star Street, Development Zone, and the North Gate of the Kazanqi Tourist Service Center. Limited to hotel curbsides, excluding guesthouses and inns located inside alleys. Pickups and drop-offs will not enter residential compounds. For locations outside the pickup and drop-off range, please contact customer service (due to tourists' accommodations being too dispersed, pickups and drop-offs take too long; to avoid delaying everyone's itinerary and sightseeing time, we do not provide paid pickups and drop-offs beyond the range, your understanding is appreciated). The return trip will drop passengers back at the original boarding point.
• Before placing an order, please confirm whether your location is within the morning pickup map coverage area. If you are unsure about your location, please contact staff in advance to provide your hotel address so we can verify in advance whether pickup is available.
• Small van small group travel forms a group with 2 people, up to 6 people (during the off-season when the group formation rate is low, 1-3 people will use an SUV model). The driver will contact you between 20:00 and 23:00 the night before departure after placing the order. You can inform the driver of the pick-up and drop-off location, and the driver will pick you up and drop you off along the way based on the hotel location in the morning. If you are not contacted past the time limit, you can call the staff phone number on the order to resolve it for you.
• The times in the itinerary are for reference only and on-time arrival is not guaranteed. For catching a train, it is recommended to book a train after 22:00. Any losses incurred due to missing the train shall be borne by the guests themselves.
• In group tours, everyone is a stranger from all corners of the country. Seats cannot be reserved during travel; seats will be rotated once on the return trip (shifting three rows forward or backward). Please wait by the roadside 5-10 minutes in advance for pickups and drop-offs (morning pickups usually encounter heavy traffic during the morning rush hour, so please consider the feelings of all passengers on the bus and do not be late and keep everyone waiting). Group tours cannot make 100% of people completely satisfied, your understanding is appreciated! For tourists who cannot be reached in the morning, if the driver arrives at the hotel entrance and waits for more than ten minutes and still cannot contact them, it will be deemed as a voluntary cancellation of the trip, and no refund will be given.
• The itinerary includes admission tickets plus scenic shuttle bus tickets. Upon arrival at the scenic area's tourist center, you need to transfer to a scenic shuttle bus to enter the park. The visiting time is 4 hours; please return to the vehicle for the return trip within the time specified by the driver!
• Air Meadow tour route: Visitor Center - Tianyuntai - Tianjietai - Tianmutai Nomadic Family - Snow Lotus Valley (shuttle bus fee for this stop is at your own expense) - Visitor Center
• If, due to weather conditions, the Sky Grassland is closed, we will default to visiting the Valley Grassland. No price difference refunds will be given. Please plan your trip accordingly.
• During free time, please pay attention to safety, follow the driver's arrangements, comply with the scenic area's requirements, and ensure that you can be reached at any time. Return to the car within the specified time and do not keep your fellow travelers waiting. Being more than half an hour late past the driver's specified time will be regarded as voluntarily giving up the return trip with the vehicle; the driver and fellow tourists will no longer wait, and you will be responsible for your own losses.
• To ensure your journey is pleasant, if any issues arise, please contact the driver/tour leader, online customer service, or call the staff at the earliest opportunity. We will certainly coordinate and handle it for you as soon as possible, ensuring you travel worry-free.
