• Because Changbai Mountain's "Heaven Lake" is one of the attractions of Changbai Mountain (a natural landscape, which may open or close at any time), if Heaven Lake is closed [no compensation], you can normally visit the other five major attractions.

• Meeting time and location: 6:30 at Railway Station Dazhou Hotel or Ji Hotel; 6:40 at Bank of Communications, 172 Guangming Street; 6:50 at Qianyuan Xiangyu Hotel; 7:00 at Wanda Plaza Gate 1 (specific address subject to actual arrangement)
• The time is for reference only, subject to the tour guide's notice on the day before departure.
• Please refer to the official announcements from the scenic area for information on whether Tianchi and various attractions are open. Travel agencies cannot predict this in advance or notify every tourist.
• Whether Tianchi can be seen is a matter of force majeure. The scenic area will open or close Tianchi in real-time based on the day's weather changes, provided safety is not compromised. Therefore, whether you can see Tianchi is entirely up to luck!
• We do not accept bookings from the following types of guests: wheelchair users, pregnant women, and people prone to motion sickness or seasickness.
• It is recommended to bring a passport or ID card, other identification documents, sunscreen, portable charger, personal medication, food and beverages, weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable shoes, sunglasses, rain gear, waterproof bag, and camera.
• No drones, no smoking in the car, no drinking in the car, no using stoves in the car, no graffiti, no damaging the environment, no picking plants, no feeding animals
• It is prohibited to wear [clothing that may cause discomfort or offense to others]; it is prohibited to wear [attire that may be mistaken for performers or staff members].
• It is prohibited to carry all pets, weapons and explosives, flammables, hazardous chemicals, dangerous tools, other unlisted prohibited items of the departure and destination countries, alcohol, and drugs.

• Children aged 1 year (inclusive) to 6 years (inclusive) qualify for the child price, and those aged 7 years (inclusive) and above are priced the same as adults.
• Children only include the bus seat fee. Any other expenses incurred shall be at your own expense!
