• If Libertad Whale Shark cancels the activity before commencement due to weather, unsuitable whale shark conditions, safety, or operational reasons, guests may choose the following: a. 100% refund of the whale shark ticket. If round-trip transportation has already been provided, only the whale shark ticket will be refunded, while transportation charges remain non-refundable.
• One (1) complimentary rebooking within seven (7) calendar days, subject to availability.
• If the tour proceeds as scheduled but no whale sharks are sighted despite reasonable search efforts, the activity will be considered completed and no refund will be issued
