Documents Required

• (1) A scanned copy of the first page of your passport (the passport must be valid for at least 6 months)
• (2) A scanned copy of the valid visa page or residence card from your current country of residence (valid for at least 6 months)
• (3) A 51mm x 51mm color digital photo taken within the last 6 months on a white background (must be unobstructed, showing both ears and the forehead, and taken without glasses)
• (4) Scanned copies of both sides of the national ID card from your country of nationality (if applicable)
• (5) DS-160 visa application form
• (6) Business invitation letter or invitation letter from family/friends (required for business or family/friend visits)
• (7) Proof of the inviter’s identity (required for family/friend visits)
• The first page of the inviter’s passport
• Proof of the inviter’s legal status or residency in the U.S., such as both sides of a valid residence card, a valid U.S. visa page, or both sides of a Green Card
• Proof of the relationship with the inviter: including but not limited to proof of kinship, photos taken with the inviter, and records of email or written correspondence—any materials that can substantiate the relationship between the two parties
• (8) Previous U.S. visa pages (if any)
• (9) Other relevant supporting documents (as specified in the email notification)

This visa is available to applicants worldwide.

Applicants may submit their U.S. visa application and attend an interview at a U.S. consulate or embassy in the country or region where they are currently legally residing or legally staying.

Applicants submitting their applications outside their country of nationality must hold a valid local visa (recommended validity of at least 6 months) or a residence card/long-term residence permit.

Visa Information Verification and Correction Instructions

• Upon receiving your visa, please carefully verify all information on it immediately, including but not limited to: passport number, name (pinyin), gender, date of birth, visa validity period, and visa type. Please only arrange airfare, hotel, and other related travel expenses after confirming that all information is completely accurate.
• If you find any errors or discrepancies, please contact our visa specialist within 24 hours. We will assist in applying for corrections with the embassy or consulate. Please note the following:
• ▸ The approval of visa information corrections is ultimately subject to the embassy or consulate's review and approval process.
• ▸ If you report any issues after 24 hours, the operator will not be held responsible. Please verify your information promptly.
• ▸ Any visa corrections may incur additional costs (including but not limited to visa fees, expedited service fees, etc.), which must be borne by the applicant.
• ▸ The visa correction process may affect your travel arrangements. We recommend carefully confirming and paying any non-refundable or non-changeable fees before receiving the corrected visa.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Booking procedure

• Book the visa service through Klook.
• The operator will contact you within 12 hours via WeChat/WhatsApp/Email and will provide instructions for submitting the required documents.
• The visa specialist will review and prepare your application, then schedule your Interview appointment.
• Applicants must bring their visa-related documents to the consulate or embassy for an interview.
• Please be aware that a phone verification may be conducted during the review process.
• Once the visa is issued, the consulate will arrange for the passport to be mailed or picked up in person, depending on the applicant’s chosen method of receipt. Upon receiving your passport, be sure to carefully check the information on the visa page to ensure it is accurate.

Processing time

• Processing time begins once all required documents have been collected.
• Visa specialists will complete document processing and submission within 2 working days.
• Schedule an interview at the consulate or embassy.Note: Available interview times at embassies are highly dynamic and subject to change. For some countries and regions, regular interview appointments may be booked several months or even years in advance; the actual appointment time is subject to real-time availability in the consulate’s system.
• The processing time is typically 7 to 10 business days, except in special circumstances, such as administrative reviews or requests for additional documentation.
