• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Space & Time Cube+ (Main Hall ticket)

• Free for children with a height of 79cm or below

• Children with a height of 140cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults

• Children aged 18+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Visitors with a disability card can enter for free to enter Space & Time Cube+ (Main Hall ticket) (valid disability card required)

• Seniors aged 60 years and above can purchase a ticket at the child ticket price (valid ID required)

• For Main Hall: Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• For VR Experience Hall: Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• For Rail Cinema: Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Children under 120 cm in height or 8 years old are not eligible to purchase VR Experience Hall tickets

• Children under 100 cm in height or 2 years old are not eligible to purchase Rail Cinema tickets

• Child tickets must be accompanied by a guardian at all times

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
