In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
Partial refund rules: In case of unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be granted for any unused services, subject to the operator’s policy.
Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed.
