  • More than 7 days before the start of the itinerary, the travel expenses will be fully refunded;
  • From 6 to 4 days before the start of the itinerary, a loss fee of 20% of the total tour cost will be charged;
  • From 3 to 1 days before the start of the itinerary, a loss fee of 40% of the total tour cost will be charged;
  • On the day the itinerary begins, a cancellation fee equal to 60% of the total tour cost will be charged;
  • Deduction standards during the tour: Tour fee × Deduction percentage on the tour start day + (Tour fee - Tour fee × Deduction percentage on the tour start day) ÷ Total tour days × Days traveled. Notes: A. If the necessary expenses deducted according to the above agreed-upon proportion are lower than the actually incurred expenses, the traveler shall pay according to the actually incurred expenses, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total tour fee. B. In case of special circumstances, individual refunds for admission tickets and accommodation (complimentary accommodation on the gathering day is non-refundable if not used), accommodation fees are calculated at 100 RMB per person per day. Since the tickets are travel agency discounted tickets, Sanxingdui Museum tickets are calculated at 50 RMB/person, Shibayuelan Scenic Area tickets at 40 RMB/person, and Micangshan Scenic Area tickets at 60 RMB/person.   • If the tour cannot be continued due to force majeure during the trip, all team members must reach a consensus and may choose from three options: A. Change the route: If the mileage and road conditions are similar to the original route, the fee remains unchanged. If the mileage and road conditions differ from the original route, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly; B. Return by the original route: Returning by the original route will be calculated based on actually incurred expenses, with differences refunded or charged accordingly. Incurred expenses include all transportation, accommodation, meals, entrance fees, etc., during the return and until the tour is concluded; C. Conclude the tour locally: Calculated based on actually incurred expenses plus the empty-return fee for the guide and driver, with differences refunded or charged accordingly. Any duration less than one day will be calculated as one full day.
