• A view of the beautiful Mt. Fuji is not guaranteed. Mt. Fuji may not be visible in its entirety depending on the weather, but the tour will not be canceled, and refunds will not be given for this reason
• If the transportation service is suspended due to a natural disaster or other reason, the conducting company will take necessary measures to provide travel service where possible, including arranging alternative services
• There is an accompanying National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter
• Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with train seat. If seat is required, please make a booking under the child rate

• Children aged 6-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult
