Amendment Policy

• To change your booking details, please cancel your original booking and make a new one

Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-2

• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Children aged 0–6 (preschoolers) must be accompanied by a companion aged 12+

• Challenge Puro experience: Participants must be aged 3-15 to participate in this activity

Booking limitations

• Maximum 10 guests per group (including guides, babysitters, photographers, etc.)

Additional information

• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

• Guests may park in Sanrio Puroland’s underground or partner lots. Validation is available at the Information counter. Please note that street parking is not allowed

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but there are plenty of fun dining options inside. You can enjoy meals and snacks at themed spots like the Character Food Court, Sanrio Rainbow World Restaurant, Sweet Parlor, and Cinnamoroll Dream Café

• Smoking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Items purchased at Sanrio Puroland can be shipped domestically within Japan. Shipping is arranged and paid for by the guest

• Attractions & Experiences

• Some shows or attractions may be unavailable due to operational conditions on the day

• Cinnamoroll’s Little Big Adventure: Guests below 110 cm must use stationary seats and cannot join the wand‑shooting game

• Patissier Experience: Includes ingredients that may cause allergies, such as egg, milk, wheat, soy, squid, and gelatin

• This activity is wheelchair-accessible

Show Schedule

• Tour schedule
• 10:00: Meet the guide at the entrance of Sanrio Puroland and receive wearable park goods as a welcome gift
• 10:10 onward: Skip the lines and enjoy attractions throughout the park
• 11:20: Enjoy Sanrio Puroland’s main parade from premium seats
• Around 12:00 : Dine at the in‑park restaurant
• 13:00 onwards: Enjoy attractions, shows, and character greetings
• 15:00: End the tour in front of the Entrance Shop in Sanrio Puroland and receive a curated gift set (1 per guest)

Meet-up information

• Please meet the tour guide at the entrance by 10:00
• Make sure to arrive on time
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
