Booking changes policy

  • Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

  • Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
  • Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults

  • Please remember to fill out the back of your Salzburg Card before you use public transports
  • If you would like to attend a concert with the Salzburg Card, advance reservations are required. Please contact the event organizer directly via email or telephone (Online bookings are not accepted) and inform them that you hold a Salzburg Card
  • Lost, stolen or damaged cards can't be refunded

  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

  • You are required to collect your physical Salzburg Card at the designated redemption locations

  • How to get there: The tourist information office is located in a corridor to the left of the main entrance hall, just steps from the Salzburger Lokalbahn platform escalator
