• [Recommended Activities] During the tour, the guide may recommend optional activities at your own expense. Participation is voluntary and based on individual needs and wishes; it is not compulsory. If tourists choose to participate and complete the experience on-site, it shall be deemed as acceptance of the content and price of the activity. After the trip concludes, our company will not accept any refund requests or negative reviews arising from such optional activities.
• [Attraction Order] Driving times and attraction visit times in the itinerary are estimates, and there may be some actual discrepancies. The actual arrangements shall prevail. The order of attractions will be adjusted in a timely manner based on the day's time conditions (such as peak/off-peak seasons, traffic jams, etc.).
• [Booking Restrictions] Seniors: Those aged 70 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by family members to travel; those aged 80 and above cannot be accommodated. Minors: Those under 18 must be accompanied by family members to join the tour; individual registrations cannot be accommodated. Patients, pregnant women, and individuals with limited mobility: Those suffering from severe illnesses (such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, postoperative recovery period, etc.), pregnant women, and individuals with limited mobility regrettably cannot be accommodated.
• [Scenic Area Voucher] Admission to the scenic area requires the original ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents provided at the time of booking. Any inability to enter the scenic area due to document issues will be at your own expense. Please notify in advance if holding discount documents.
• [Shopping Reminder] Shopping at scenic spots and stores along the way is a personal and voluntary act. Please choose carefully and properly keep invoices and certificates; such shopping is unrelated to the travel agency.
• [Other Reminders] Travelers are not allowed to leave the tour group without authorization during the itinerary. Otherwise, all losses and consequences caused thereby shall be borne by the tourists themselves; in the event of force majeure factors causing itinerary delays or incurring other expenses, tourists are requested to understand and bear the costs themselves; once participating in this itinerary, regardless of the guest's reason for leaving the tour or withdrawing from the tour midway, fees are strictly non-refundable.
