Please arrive on time according to your reserved date and time. Guests are recommended to arrive 10–15 minutes early for costume selection, makeup preparation, and photoshoot arrangements.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened photoshoot session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the reservation may be automatically canceled and no refund will be provided.
The package includes only the specified number of retouched photos. Additional retouched photos can be purchased on-site for RMB 200 per photo.
Photo selection and photo collection will both take place on the day of the photoshoot.
Children are charged at the same rate as adults.
