Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 5+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 5-8 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Each paying adult may supervise a maximum of 4 children

Additional information

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• Each game room accommodates 2–6 players, and you’ll play within your own group

• Larger groups can be split into multiple teams and rotate between rooms

• Session duration is 1 hour, with a typical experience lasting around 70–75 minutes including briefing and transitions

• Waiver must be signed before arrival (For minors, signed by a parent or guardian)

• You can re-enter your favorite rooms during your session time

• Each room takes about 6 minutes to complete. You can experience all 9 rooms per session, depending on your pace and strategy

• Some games test memory and teamwork instead of physical ability; it's designed for everyone to enjoy

• Spectators are welcome in the lobby, but only registered players can enter game zones for safety reasons

• Children under 8 require a ticketed guardian during gameplay, ages 8–12 require a supervising guardian who need not play or purchase a ticket, and guests aged 12–17 may play independently with a parent or legal guardian signing the waiver form

• Some rooms are more physical than others, but the operator welcome guests with mobility or sensory needs. Please let the staff know in advance

• Some rooms have flashing lights and sound effects. Let the staff know and the operator can suggest more sensory-friendly options
