• Free door-to-door pickup and drop-off service within the urban area of Zhangye is provided (pickup and drop-off services beyond the specified range are not available). Please confirm whether your location is within the coverage area of the morning pickup map before placing your order. If you have any doubts about your location, please contact our staff in advance and provide your hotel address so we can verify in advance whether pickup is available.
• Free time in the scenic area, the driver does not enter the scenic area. Watching the sunset, the stay duration is longer in summer and shorter in winter.
• Bookings are not accepted for the following types of guests: wheelchair users, individuals with a fear of heights, individuals with visual or hearing impairments, individuals prone to motion sickness, cardiovascular disease patients, severe allergy sufferers, individuals with skin wounds or ulcers, epilepsy patients, infectious skin disease patients, respiratory disease patients, and chronic pain patients.
• Do not go down to the valley during the rainy season due to the risk of flash floods; gravel roads are prone to slipping, so hike within your limits and do not force yourself to complete all routes.
• The Danxia rock formations are extremely fragile. Climbing over guardrails or stepping on the colored mountains is strictly prohibited. Damage takes decades to recover, and violations will result in fines. Visitors must stay only on boardwalks and viewing platforms.
• Check the weather forecast before traveling. The experience during strong winds and dust storms is very poor, and the Pingshanhu Grand Canyon may be closed.
