Children aged 6-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Free admission: Available for guests with disabilities and their accompanying carers

Audio guides are available in English, French, German, Italian & Spanish

Valid ID is required to receive the audio guide

Please arrive 15 minutes in advance, as the admission time may vary by up to 30 minutes from your selected timeslot (This will be informed upon arrival)

The Arnolfo Tower must be visited first; Palazzo Vecchio can be accessed one hour later from your selected timeslot

Access to the tower is suspended in the event of rain

Please be advised that, due to the lack of air conditioning for historical preservation, some areas of Palazzo Vecchio may be very warm during hot days. Visitors, especially those with respiratory or cardiac conditions, are encouraged to take appropriate precautions to avoid discomfort such as breathing difficulties, tachycardia, or heat-related issues
