  • You can only rebook your visit once. A 'no show' on the date of your visit without any prior notice will deem your voucher as redeemed
  • In the event that Palacio de Memoria has a scheduled event on your preferred date of visit, the rebooking rule will be waived and your booking can be accommodated at any closest available schedule

  • PLEASE NOTE: Any damages and breakages incurred by guest during tour visits will be charged the full amount of the art piece or artwork, and payments shall be made within 7 days. Otherwise, Palacio de Memoria may take legal actions
  • Taking photos using cellphone cameras and digital cameras are allowed. Professional cameras are strictly prohibited. In the event that a professional camera is used, Palacio shall charge a photoshoot rate fee of Php4,000.00 per hour
  • Strictly no changing of clothes and bringing of props or costumes during the tour visit
