Eligibility

  • Children aged 17+ will be charged the same rate as adults

  • Standard admission applies to visitors who do not qualify for reduced or free admission

  • Reduced admission is for children aged 5 to 16, visitors over 65, and students up to 25 with a valid national or international student ID

  • Free admission is available for children under 5, unemployed visitors, people with disabilities, and members of large families

  • For rates that include a visit to the Royal Palace, the selected entry time refers to the Royal Kitchen visit, so please arrive at the designated meeting point in the Palace entrance hall 5 minutes before the scheduled time; the rest of the Royal Palace can be visited before or after the Royal Kitchen tour, subject to closing hours

  • Persons in legal situation of unemployment that accredit this circumstance by means of Employment Demand Card or equivalent document issued by the competent organisation

  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

  • Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

  • Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
