• [Child Seats and Luggage] - This service uses legally operated vehicles. According to Japanese regulations, child seats are not mandatory. If needed, each seat is an additional 2,500 Japanese yen; please make a note in advance when placing your order. Please note that a child seat takes up about 1.5 seats, which may affect seating comfort and luggage space. - If boarding is denied due to exceeding the passenger count or luggage capacity, the liability and costs will be borne by the traveler.
• [Vehicle and Driving Range] - Vehicles may be replaced with vehicles of the same grade depending on the daily dispatch, and specific car models cannot be designated. - If you wish to customize a route, please fill in the itinerary when placing your order for customer service confirmation. - Driving range: Within 300 kilometers, centered on the hotel departing from the city center. - Pick-up range: Pick-up and drop-off at city hotels, guesthouses, and apartments. After placing the order, please be sure to leave an accurate pick-up address and contact information that can be reached normally.
• [Car Charter Service Hours] ・Standard service hours: 10 hours. Overtime fees will apply if exceeded (see overtime fee details for breakdown). ・For pick-up and drop-off in different areas, the service hours are 8 hours; other regions require reserving driving time for empty vehicles. ・The vehicle usage time is between 7:00 and 22:00. If it exceeds this time period, please note it when booking for customer service confirmation, and a night service fee of 5,000 Japanese Yen per hour will be added (fees must be paid in cash to the driver on-site).
• [Other Reminders] ・Chinese-speaking drivers do not speak English, but translation software can be used to communicate with passengers. ・If you need to request an English-speaking driver, please select the English-speaking driver option when placing your order. If you select the Chinese-speaking option and later require an English-speaking driver, a JPY 5,000 assignment fee will be charged. ・Driver contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before use); please wait for the vehicle at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. ・Communication Reminder: LINE IDs cannot be added to each other in some regions (if you need to use LINE, please provide your LINE QR code after placing the order). It is recommended to use WhatsApp, WeChat, or email for contact.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
