• Please be sure to arrive at the port 30 minutes before your selected departure time to check in. If you are late and cannot participate in the activity, you will not be able to request a refund or reschedule for this reason.

• As whales are wild animals, no compensation or refund will be given if no whales are sighted on the day (except for the period from February 1, 2027, to March 15, 2027).

• If whales are not sighted between February 1, 2027, and March 15, 2027, we will offer one of the following options: ① a full refund ② or a free boat trip (valid until April 4, 2027).

• However, if the following conditions are met, the whale watching will be considered successful. We apologize for any inconvenience. ●Whale spouting behavior is observed from a distance. ●Whales are seen by passengers on the day (regardless of the number of people). If passengers are unable to comply with options ① and ② above due to their itinerary arrangements or other personal reasons, they will be deemed to have forfeited their rights. We ask for your understanding.

• Even if it rains, the activity will proceed as usual if the wind and waves are calm and it is safe. The judgment of whether or not to set sail is best determined by an experienced captain. Cancellation of reservations and refunds due to personal reasons (such as bad weather, car failure, illness, etc.) will not be accepted.

• Based on tracking whale conditions, the time may vary.

• After spotting a whale, the viewing time is generally about 1 hour. However, please be aware that we may return to port earlier on the day due to the condition of the humpback whale, the physical condition of all passengers, or changes in sea conditions. In this case, you cannot request a refund of the difference or a refund.

• The sea conditions in Okinawa during the winter, when whales visit, are different from those in the summer. The waves are higher in the winter, and if young children or elderly people sign up to participate, they may be refused boarding depending on the waves, wind conditions, and other factors on the day of the tour.

• For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot be accepted to participate, please forgive me. Guests who are denied boarding on the day due to pregnancy or suspected pregnancy will not be refunded.

• For guests prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take motion sickness medicine in advance.

• For safety reasons, please wear a life jacket at all times. Crew members reserve the right to refuse participation to passengers who ignore the advice.

• Refrain from any unsafe behavior on the boat. If you ignore the staff's advice, the crew has the right to refuse passengers to participate in activities.

• Please do not wear high heels on the boat.

• There is no space for luggage on the whale watching boat, so please do not bring luggage on board. If you ignore this advice, the crew has the right to refuse passengers to board.

• Guests who are hungover or have been drinking on the day will be refused boarding without a refund. Drinking and smoking are also prohibited on the boat.

• Please be sure to arrive at the port at the specified time. If you are late and unable to participate in the activity as scheduled, you may not request a refund or reschedule for this reason.

• The order in which passengers board the boat and move to the whale watching deck after arriving at the whale watching spot will be adjusted according to the reservation status of passengers on that day. Please be aware.

• The sailing time is up to 3 hours. If whales are not found, a continuous search will be conducted at sea and we will return to port within the scheduled time. Please consider your own situation when booking the activity.

• The weather in Okinawa is quite variable, and sometimes activities are canceled as late as one hour before the event or at check-in, so please understand. (If there is no communication, the activity will proceed as usual.) For urgent questions, please contact the supplier in advance using the WhatsApp/LINE/Kakao contact information on your voucher. *(WeChat is not available)

• If you and your family or friends made separate bookings, please be sure to use the same representative name or inform Klook Customer Service of all of your party's order numbers via communication software to avoid being assigned to different boats on the day of the activity.
