Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

• If you cancel the booking between booking confirmation to 05:00, 0 day(s) before participation time, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking at 05:00, 0 day(s) before participation time or later, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking after participation time, 100% cancellation fee will be charged

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• Unavailable for use on January 14, 2027

Voucher type

• Present your mobile voucher
• The voucher can be viewed by logging into the Klook app/site, tapping "Booking" from "Account" and clicking "View Voucher".
• If you can't present the voucher to the local staff on the day on your smartphone or other terminal, you can't use it.
