Surcharge Table

• Holiday surcharge: VND 100,000 on 1 April 30, May 1, September 2, and January 1 of 2025 and 2026 per person
• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

Eligibility

• Children aged 9+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Free for children aged 0–4 when sharing a seat with a parent. Attraction or entrance tickets, if required, must be purchased separately by the parents
• Every two paying adults may bring one child aged 0–4 free of charge (shared seat). Each additional child will incur a 50% service fee surcharge

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
