Cancellation Policy

  • During major holidays such as the Spring Festival and New Year's Day, hotel bookings are non-cancellable. In case of force majeure, a special application can be made with supporting documents, and the specific loss will be determined based on the materials reviewed by the hotel.
  • If canceled 30-8 days before the trip, the buyer notifies of cancellation and pays 20% of the total tour cost as liquidated damages.
