Effective 1st May 2025, all visitors entering Thailand are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) up to 3 days prior to arrival at their first port of entry in Thailand

All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or they will not be permitted to sail.
If you are not onboard at least 90 minutes before the ship’s scheduled sailing time, the merchant shall at that time be entitled to treat your non-arrival as a cancellation by you and as such 100% cancellation charges will be payable and no refund will be made.

Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) Requirement
Effective 1st May 2025, all visitors entering Thailand are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) up to 3 days prior to arrival at their first port of entry in Thailand
Please complete the TDAC prior to your cruise or while onboard, you will need your passport information to complete the application
For guests whose itinerary includes mid-cruise calls to Thailand, please ensure you keep a digital or hard copy of your passport’s MRZ (Machine Readable Zone) page with you at all times to facilitate completion of the form
When filling out the TDAC, please refer to the appropriate guidance for accommodation details based on your port of entry
Online Check-In
Please complete your online check-in using the Royal Caribbean App iPhone or Android no later than 3 days prior to the sailing date. Remember to print your SetSail Pass and bring it with you in order to board the ship. Additional check-in forms will need to be completed at the pier if online check-in is not completed
Ship Check-In
Royal Caribbean International will deny boarding to those guests without the proper travel documents or visas or those who have not completed pier check-in 90 minutes prior to the ship’s scheduled sailing time
No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring the proper travel documents or show up late
Royal Caribbean International cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise
A doctor's "Fit to Travel" note is no longer required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy
Smoking is only permitted at designated open deck areas and Stateroom/Suite balconies
Guests must be at least age 18 to be served alcohol, enter the Casino or play any monetary-based games of chance
