Collect the audio guide from the GVAM service counter after passing through access control; rental is valid only on the selected visit date

Persons in legal situation of unemployment that accredit this circumstance by means of Employment Demand Card or equivalent document issued by the competent organisation

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
