• Participants who have consumed alcohol on the day of the activity or are experiencing a hangover will not be allowed to join

Booking limitations

• Participants must weigh between 20kg-90kg for this activity

• People with the following conditions will not be able to participate: have any pre-existing medical conditions, a history of illness such as circulatory system or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover or under the influence of alcohol, physical disabilities, hearing impairment or concerns regarding walking. In addition, accordingly to your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join us.

• For any doubts regarding any health and body related concerns, kindly inquire with customer service in advance regarding your participation in the experience. If it is in case on the day of tour, you may be rejected for participation and no refunds will be given.

• Solo participant is welcome to make a booking, but a minimum of two participants is required for the tour to operate.

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• The tour generally proceeds even in the rain. If safety cannot be ensured, the tour may get cancelled before or during the tour.

• The tour location or check-in time may be changed due to weather or sea conditions. It will be finalized one the before the tour.

• Due to the limited number of clear SUP boards available, groups are restricted to a maximum of 4 participants.

• Standard SUP boards may be used instead of clear SUP boards depending on daily sea conditions as clear SUP boards are heavier and harder to maneuver in strong waves, so standard SUPs are used to ensure safety when sea conditions are less ideal.

• There are no toilets and changing rooms near the location. Please use toilets before meeting up.

• Wearing a lifejacket is mandatory during the tour. Photos at the page are for reference only.

• As there are not shower room nearby, 2L bottle of fresh water will be provide for a quick rinse to remove seawater after the tour.

• Drone photography will only be conducted if conditions (such as weather, wind speed, location, and aviation regulations) are allowed. Please note that no refunds will be issued if flight operations are not possible.

• Drone photography is not available during the sunset session.

• Photos and videos during the tour will be provided after the tour by line, kakao or whatsap. In the event of an equipment malfunction or unforeseen issue, photos may not be available.
