• The session duration includes initial orientation upon entry and preparation for departure
• To protect the health and comfort of the marmots, direct contact or petting is not provided. Please observe and enjoy watching them move about freely.
• The feeding experience (200 JPY) is assessed hourly and may be suspended based on the animals' physical condition.
• Children under 6 years old (ages 0–5) are not permitted to enter. Children from age 6 up to elementary school 6th grade must be accompanied by a guardian. Proof of age may be requested at reception for safety management purposes.
• Please refrain from visiting after consuming alcohol, in consideration of the animals and other guests.
• Please avoid using perfumes or hair products with strong scents, as marmots are sensitive to odors.
• Dedicated parking spaces for cars and bicycles are not available. Please use public transportation or nearby paid parking facilities.
• All guests are asked to change into provided indoor slip-on shoes (Crocs) upon arrival. Bare feet are prohibited for hygiene reasons. Guests without socks must purchase a pair for 200 JPY (tax included) before putting on the slip-on shoes (this also applies to guests wearing stockings or sheer tights).
• This facility operates on a 1-hour reservation-only basis. Date/time changes and refunds cannot be accommodated within 72 hours of the reserved slot. Extensions cannot be provided in the event of late arrival.
• Advance reservations accept online payments only (Credit Card / Shop Pay / PayPal / Google Pay). Other payment methods cannot be used.
• On-site payments are cashless only (Credit Card / Electronic Money / QR Code payments).
