After purchasing your ticket, please visit the booking portal to select your visit date and time and download your London Eye ticket
If you did not download your London Eye Ticket, please present your booking confirmation to the Big Bus Tours staff before proceeding to the London Eye

How to redeem
Step 1: After purchasing your ticket, reserve your preferred London Eye timeslot at Manage Your Booking Booking website
Step 2: Select Option 2 : Find your booking using your ticket number. Enter the ticket number from your Klook voucher, which starts with "77"
Step 3: Once the ticket number has been entered, the London Eye timeslot can be reserved
Step 4: Once the preferred timeslot has been reserved, a QR code will be issued for entry. Show this QR code before entry
Meet-up information
Make sure to arrive on time
Arrive at the meet-up location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time
Arrive at Boarding Point 2 on the Pier at least 15 minutes before departure
