Eligibility

• Children under 1.2 meters do not need a ticket; purchase insurance on-site.

• Adult ticket: Age: 18 years or older, under 60 years old (eligibility is based on the traveler's age on the day of travel, calculated according to the date of birth).

• 【Traffic Information and Customer Group Suggestions】: Line C is a round-trip express ropeway route, generally open during peak season or when the main ropeway is undergoing maintenance. As it does not include the 7,455-meter long ropeway directly from the city to the mountain top, it is suitable for those seeking quick entry and exit from the scenic area or as an alternative when the main ropeway queue is too long.
• Tour Route A: Take the ropeway from the downtown ropeway lower station to the mountain top; visit the mountain top; take the mountain-piercing escalator (upper section) down to Tianmen Cave; take the Tianmen escalator down to Tianmen Cave Square; visit Tianmen Cave; take the Tianmen Cave express ropeway down to the mountain gate; take the scenic shuttle bus back to the ropeway lower station.
• Tour Route B: From the downtown ropeway lower station, take the scenic shuttle bus to the mountain gate, then take the Tianmen Cave Express ropeway to Tianmen Cave Square, visit Tianmen Cave, then take the Tianmen Escalator up to Tianmen Cave, then take the mountain-piercing automatic escalator (upper section) to the mountaintop, visit the mountaintop scenic area, then take the large ropeway down the mountain and return to the downtown ropeway lower station.
• Tour Route C: From the downtown ropeway lower station, take the scenic shuttle bus to the mountain gate, then take the Tianmen Cave Express ropeway to Tianmen Cave Square, visit Tianmen Cave, then take the ascending Tianmen escalator up to Tianmen Cave, then take the mountain-piercing automatic escalator (upper section) up to the mountain top, visit the mountain top scenic area, and return down the mountain via the same route using the mountain-piercing automatic escalator and express ropeway. (Note: Route C does not include the 7455-meter large ropeway and is usually only open during peak tourist seasons with high passenger flow)

Booking limitations

• Peak Season/Summer Special Notice: During peak tourist seasons, holidays, or when ropeway capacity is limited, the scenic area may implement temporary diversion and scheduling based on on-site crowd safety control, which may cause the actual entry time to be delayed compared to the reserved time (on-site queuing may be required). Please plan your subsequent itinerary reasonably and allow ample time.
