• 30 minutes of free waiting time; an additional charge of HKD 50 will apply for every 10 minutes thereafter.

• Service Hours: 24 hours; There will be an additional charge of HKD 100 for pick-up and drop-off services between 23:00 and 6:00.

• Hotel pick up and drop off will be outside your hotel entrance (or other location as arranged)

• You will be notified of the actual pick up and drop off time and location 2 hours prior to your scheduled booking

• Please be reminded to contact our customer service in the event you do not receive the notification

• Before 8:00pm: Outside Hong Kong Disneyland Park (10-15 minute walk from park entrance)

• After 8:00pm: The driveway outside Hong Kong Disneyland Park No. 3-4 (5 minute walk from park entrance). You will be dropped off outside Hong Kong Disneyland Park (10-15 minute walk to park entrance)

• Ocean Park: main entrance

• Service hours: 24 hours, there will be a HKD100 surcharge between 23:00-06:00

• Same day re-schedule are subject to operator's availabilities. A surcharge of HKD150 will be required

• Time changes cannot be made within 8 hours before departure

• 30 minutes free waiting time, after 10 minutes a surcharge will be charged (HKD 50 per 10 minutes)

• Can only carry up to 6 people plus 4 pieces of 20-inch luggage

• If the departure and order times are less than two hours apart, please contact the supplier via WhatsApp message at +852 6957 2623; otherwise, the supplier may not be able to arrange a vehicle, and the order will be canceled with a full refund arranged.
