Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 3 to 6 years old require separate booking for one-on-one lessons and are not eligible for group lessons.

• Cable car tickets need to be purchased separately and can be bought on-site on the day of use.
• It is recommended to book courses with companions of similar proficiency levels.
• If a coach assists with equipment rental, the time spent will be included in the course hours.
• Before the class begins, it is recommended to arrive at the designated meeting point with the instructor at least 10 minutes in advance, and to ensure that all necessary ski equipment and clothing are brought. If equipment replacement fees or loss of class time occur due to personal reasons (such as not bringing gloves, ill-fitting ski boots, etc.), no refunds, extensions, or make-up sessions will be provided.
• Extended or overtime courses are uniformly charged at JPY 15,000 per hour.
• Mandarin Chinese courses are taught by native-speaking coaches.
• If you are absent without notice on the day of the course and are more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and no refund will be given. If a student is late due to their own reasons, no make-up class or extension of class time will be provided. - To ensure smooth communication with the instructor, please make sure your mobile phone has an internet connection when heading to the ski resort.
