• Please select your desired shooting time according to your travel plan.
• The photography fee is calculated on an hourly basis. Please order the corresponding quantity based on the number of hours you need for the shoot.
• Choose your photography location in Niseko (various ski resorts in Niseko, Niseko hotels, Mt. Yotei from Lawson near Hirafu, etc.)
• The professionally retouched photos taken may be used in portfolios or on social media. Please let us know in advance if you do not want this to happen.
• The original photos will be delivered approximately two days after the shoot.
• The digital photo files will be uploaded to Google Cloud, and the link will be saved for one month. Please download them as soon as possible after uploading.
• If you need it, we can retouch 10 photos of your choice. Please select the photos you want to retouch from the original data and reply with the corresponding file names. (If you do not reply, we will not be able to retouch the photos.) We will send you the 10 photos you selected again after the final retouching. Retouching will be provided 10 business days after the photos are selected. If you select more than 10 retouched photos, you will need to pay extra.
• We will arrange for a photographer who speaks your desired language. (If the schedule is not compatible due to unforeseen circumstances, we will negotiate with you to arrange a photographer in another language.)
• If shooting requires tickets for attractions, you will need to purchase a ticket for the photographer.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
