Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

• Children with a height of 110cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults

• Free for children aged 0-6 as long as they will not occupy separate seats

• All guests must present their ID (Vietnamese) or passport (non-Vietnamese)

• The entire loop lasts approximately 1 hour.

• Please Note: This pass is for hop-on hop-off, you have access multiple time during the pass capacity.

• Please note that the duration of each stop at these locations may vary, typically ranging from 15 to 30 minutes.

• In severe weather conditions, including but not limited rainstorms, the open-top bus service will be suspended.

• Due to force majeure, the company reserves the right to change service routes and times and cancel the trip. The itinerary and time are for reference only. The itinerary may be slightly adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.

• All seats are freely selectable when boarding the bus and cannot be assigned.

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
