• 1. • 2. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one immediate family member aged 18-59 throughout the entire trip.
• 3. Elderly travelers aged 65 and above (inclusive) booking a trip must ensure they are in good health and fit for travel, have no cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, have not undergone major surgery, must sign a liability waiver, and must be accompanied throughout the trip by an immediate family member aged 18 to 59. Elderly travelers aged 75 and above are not eligible to register.
• 4. Except for multi-person rooms, quotes are based on 2 people sharing 1 room. For single applicants, we will do our best to arrange a shared room. If a shared room cannot be arranged, the single room supplement must be paid by the individual.
• 5. During the actual trip of this product, provided that the number of attractions is not reduced and with the consent of the guests, the tour leader and driver may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary (such as adjusting the order of visiting attractions) based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
• 6. During the tour, in the event that attractions cannot be visited normally due to force majeure factors, the tour leader may, after consulting with the guests, cancel or replace the attraction based on actual conditions, or the guide may refund the ticket price as specified in the travel product on-site. Refunds will not be based on the scenic spot's published rack rate. Your understanding is appreciated.
• 7. In case of unexpected circumstances such as road conditions that require changing the gathering times, the announcement by the tour guide or accompanying staff at that time shall prevail.
• 8. Complimentary items in the itinerary that cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, or that cannot be visited due to personal reasons, are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
• 9. During the group tour, outside of free time, if you choose to leave the tour midway, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as your voluntary forfeiture, and only the unused ticket fees will be refunded.
• 10. Travelers who register at adult rates while holding preferential certificates such as senior citizen IDs, military officer IDs, military disability certificates, disability certificates, student IDs, and tour guide IDs can enjoy scenic spot ticket discount policies, subject to the policies announced by the scenic spot on the day of travel. Eligible travelers are requested to bring their relevant certificates. The tour guide will arrange this uniformly, and the price difference will be refunded on-site based on the discounted price already enjoyed by the guest in the package itinerary.
• 11. Individuals with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pulmonary diseases, or those who have undergone surgery within the past year (Qinghai-Gansu [all products], Xinjiang [including products for the Pamir Plateau, Bayinbuluk, and Duku Highway], Yunnan [including products for Shangri-La, Feilaisi, and Daocheng Yading], and Northeast China [all winter products] are ineligible to register; other non-plateau destinations are available for registration)
• 12. For guests aged 65 to 69, they must confirm they do not have the aforementioned diseases + sign a liability waiver + tourism contract
• 13. Guests over 70 years old must confirm they do not have the above-mentioned diseases + sign a waiver agreement + tourism contract + be accompanied by an immediate family member aged 18 to 59.
