Due to the cold local weather, it is not recommended for children under 3 years old to participate in this tour.
The winery is closed every Wednesday and from 12/29-1/3, and will not be available for visits.
If the Mogami River San-Nan Sho boat tour encounters bad weather or force majeure, alternative arrangements may be made depending on the actual conditions on the day, or a refund of 1500 yen per person will be given.
If the Zao Central Ropeway cannot be used due to inclement weather, we will arrange alternative itineraries according to the actual situation, or refund 1800 yen to each person.
