Hotel accommodation, hot springs, scenic area shuttle buses, etc. are not included and are at your own expense. If a child exceeds the height limit but is under 12 years old, they need to pay the difference for admission tickets of 713 RMB + hot springs of 78 RMB + breakfast fee of 220 RMB. If a bed is required, hotel bed fees must be supplemented, which includes breakfast and hot springs. For 1 night on a Snow Town rustic kang, if you wish to stay alone, please consult customer service for current pricing.

Not Included

Other personal expenses
1. Round-trip transportation: It is recommended to book online at least 15 days in advance as it will be cheaper;
2. Except for breakfast, for other main meals we can split the cost (AA) for group dinners or try local delicacies on our own; 40-50 yuan per meal is more than enough.
3. Single room supplement: Private tours default to standard twin-sharing rooms for two people. If a single room occupancy occurs, the guest needs to pay the single room supplement. The price of the room supplement will be subject to the actual situation of the current season's tour dates by the staff.
4. If tour leader/guide services are required, an additional fee will be charged. Please consult customer service for specific details.

Cancellation Policy

From 7 to 4 days before departure, a liquidated damages penalty of 30% of the total tour fee shall be paid.
From 3 to 1 days prior to the start of the itinerary, a penalty of 50% of the total tour fee shall be paid.
On the day the trip begins, a penalty equal to 80% of the total tour cost shall be paid.
