The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Free for children aged 0-2 if they do not participate in the workshop

Adult: aged 18 and above

Children aged 0-7 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Final workshop slot confirmation is subject to availability and confirmation by Chocolate Museum

Workshop duration is approximately 30–40 minutes

This is a public join-in workshop. Participants from different bookings may join the same workshop session

Customers must inform Chocolate Museum of any food allergies, including nuts, milk and other ingredients

Pregnant ladies may participate, but access to the workshop area requires the use of stairs as the workshop is located on Level 2

Customers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the confirmed workshop session

Latecomers may be allowed to join at the discretion of the workshop staff

No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals that result in the customer missing the workshop
