Performances operate on a one-ticket-per-person policy. Seats are assigned in real-time at the venue, so please take your assigned seat.
Please enter the venue half an hour in advance. The ticket gates will be closed after the performance begins. Upon entry, please willingly submit to security checks, follow the instructions of security and on-site staff, and enter in an orderly manner. One ticket per person; the ticket becomes invalid once passed through the turnstile. Please take your assigned seat according to the information on your ticket. Reserving seats is strictly prohibited.
Parents with children, please keep a close eye on your kids to avoid getting separated in the crowd. Please properly look after your personal belongings to prevent loss or theft, and you may store your luggage and valuables in the lockers.
