Usage validity

  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Voucher type

  • The operator will update the driver's contact information and license plate number in the voucher one day before the trip. Please be sure to check it.

Pick-up and drop-off

  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time
  • The driver will wait for up to 45 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
  • If you do not appear 45 minutes after the agreed pick-up time and require the driver to continue waiting, the charter service time will be calculated from the pick-up time entered on the order.

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
