• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

• If purchasing a student ticket, please bring your student card, as it may be requested at the entrance

Additional information

• A maximum of 300 guests are allowed inside Casa Batllo. There might be a queue during peak season (July-September)

• Information in Braille can be provided for disabled participants that will require it

• Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue

• Animals are permitted entry when accompanied by their owner and with prior approval from Casa Batllo staff

• Please note that from 1 September, the Dome room will be closed for renovations

• Allow approximately 2 hours for your visit

• Audio commentary is available in English / Chinese / Spanish / Russian / Portuguese / Japanese / German / Korean / French / Cantonese / Italian / Polish / Romanian / Dutch / Catalan

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
