• Discounted tickets are applicable to: 1. One accompanying caregiver for individuals with intellectual disabilities, double lower limb disabilities, or other severe disabilities; 2. Visitors whose birthday (Gregorian calendar) falls on the day of their visit; 3. Minors aged 6 (excluding 6 years old) to 18 (inclusive), and full-time undergraduate students or below; 4. Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) to 74 (inclusive).

After successful redemption of discounted tickets, the corresponding valid ID must be presented for verification upon entering the tower.

• Free admission is applicable to: Seniors aged 75 (inclusive) or above, active military personnel of the People's Republic of China, retired military cadres, fire and rescue personnel, disabled individuals, individuals receiving minimum living allowance assistance confirmed by the civil affairs department, and "Five Guarantees" households. These individuals can redeem free tickets at the manual ticket window of the Guangzhou Tower West Ticket Office with valid identification. The ticket grants access to the 107th and 108th floors, the Baiyun Starry Sky observation deck.

Additional information

• Restrictions for the Cloud霄 Express: Participants must be between 140 cm and 195 cm in height, weigh under 110 kg, and be under 65 years of age. Those who do not meet all of these requirements are not permitted to participate.
• Timed Entry: Visitors must redeem their tickets and enter the tower during their purchased time slot. Visitors who miss their entry time due to personal reasons will not be admitted, and any resulting losses will be the visitor's responsibility.

• 【Real-name ticket redemption】On the day of your visit, present the ticket redemption verification code and valid identification at the Canton Tower West Ticket Office to exchange for tickets. All tickets for the same order must be collected at one time.
