Additional information

• For safety reasons, guests who have consumed alcohol before the activity cannot participate, and no refund will be given. Alcohol may only be consumed after all knife activities have finished.
• Staff primarily speak Japanese. Guidance in other languages is provided through our original multilingual web app with audio, text, and animations. An English-speaking staff member is not guaranteed.
• You are welcome to stay at CHUM APARTMENT after the tour ends. Any additional food or drinks ordered beyond the included meal will be charged separately.
• If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your booked start time, no refund will be given for the missed experience. Please contact CHUM APARTMENT if you are running late. No-shows are non-refundable.

What to bring

• No personal device is required. Staff will operate a shop-provided iPad to guide you through our multilingual web app. If you prefer to view the app on your own smartphone, you are welcome to do so.

• Participants must be aged 12+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 12-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Participants aged 12–17 must have parental or legal guardian consent and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.
