• A valid photo ID is required when renting ski equipment.

• Our staff will contact you via LINE, WeChat, or WhatsApp 1-2 days before your lesson to explain how to use the service and share important notes, so please make sure you are not blocking messages from unknown senders.

• We recommend booking lessons with companions of a similar skill level.

• Lift passes can also be purchased on-site on the day of the lesson.

• If a participant is late due to their own circumstances on the day of the lesson, no makeup lesson or extension of the end time will be provided.
