• All interior areas of Bateaux New York ship are non-smoking areas, passengers who smoke may do so on the outdoor observation decks
• The operator will operate a similar City Cruises yacht prior to 7 October 2024. The Bateaux yacht will only available starting 7 October 2024

• Business casual attire is required. Shorts, casual jeans, t-shirts, athletic shoes or flip flops are strongly discouraged. For your safety, Bateaux New York suggest wearing flat, closed-toed shoes
