  • There is no room to store luggage and/or large bags on this tour. Please leave them at your accommodations or vehicles
  • Photos will be delivered via a designated Google Photo link within 10 days of the shoot.
  • Photos will be delivered in JPEG format with a minimum short side of 2,400 pixels, and will be color-adjusted for brightness, white balance, and tone.
  • The service is primarily conducted in English. If you require another language, please let us know at the time of booking. We will arrange a photographer who can communicate in that language or use a translation device.
  • If transportation, admission, or other fees are required during the shoot, the customer is responsible for covering both their own and the photographer’s costs.
  • This plan includes photography services only and does not cover kimono or costume arrangements.
  • All copyrights to the photos belong to our company. You can use the photos freely for non-commercial purposes. If the photos include subjects with third-party rights, you must obtain all necessary permissions for photography and use, at your own responsibility.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.If we are held responsible, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the service.
  • Even if you arrive late, the shooting time will not be extended. We are not responsible if the number of delivered photos falls below the estimated amount.
  • This service is governed by the laws of Japan.
  • Your personal information will be managed appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy(pixta.co.jp/en/privacy_policy), and will be shared with the photographer only as necessary for the shoot.
