Cancellation Policy

  • 36 hours cancellation policy, but the cancellation will be charged with hotel + ferry ticket penalties IDR 500.000 (per pax). When booking for 3 people or more, cancellation is allowed for only 1 person, with the condition that a minimum of 2 person must still participate in the tour. If only 1 person remains willing to go after the cancellation, they will be charged the price equivalent to 2 person
