If you need a butler to purchase tickets on your behalf, please contact us at least 14 days in advance to arrange the purchase.
• 【About Admission】All scenic spots require original ID cards or passports/Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permits for admission. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when booking your tickets. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• 【About Huanglong】The recommended way to visit Huanglong Scenic Area is: take the ropeway up the mountain, transfer to a sightseeing bus, walk to Huanglong Temple (elevation 3568 meters), follow the plank road to visit the Five-Color Ponds (elevation 3900 meters), then walk down the mountain. The whole journey takes about 3-4 hours.
• 【About Luggage】The Jiuzhaigou route is for short trips, and the vehicle has ample space for daily luggage. If you are on a long trip with large suitcases, please pay close attention to the size and quantity of your luggage. For reference, the trunk space of commonly used vehicles: a 7-seater vehicle can accommodate 5 pieces of 24-inch luggage, and a 9-seater vehicle can accommodate 7 pieces of 24-inch luggage. If you have a lot of luggage, please be sure to contact customer service in advance to adjust the vehicle usage!
• 【About Accommodation】By default, a hotel twin room is arranged, with 2 adults per room. This itinerary does not allow for shared rooms. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "single room supplement": for a single traveler, a separate room will be arranged for you; for 3 adults traveling, you need to purchase 3 adult tickets and 1 "single room supplement", which will arrange two rooms for you;
